Candidates spend a day with us, working through our test batteries and interviews. These procedures can be conducted individually or in groups.

Our ethical principle is to offer individual feedback to the candidate being tested.The client receives a summary and personal explanation of the results achieved by the respective candidates together with our recommendations.

we do not use computerised psychological tests, only proven reliable test instruments, with their own relevant cultural norms are used in our assessment process.	we will undertake the total administration of the selection process on behalf of our clients, we will create a complimentary career plan for the various project leader candidates, based upon interest, position and personal requirements
