Candidates spend a day with us,
working through our test batteries and interviews. These procedures can be conducted
individually or in groups.
Our ethical principle is to offer
individual feedback to the candidate being tested.The client receives a summary and
personal explanation of the results achieved by the respective candidates together with
our recommendations.

test instruments, with their own relevant cultural norms are used in our assessment
process.
