the recent year, due to an increased confidence and response received from our clients in
respect of our selection method of mega project leaders, particularly where
the appointment is of vital importance to the company's economic successful result, VIS
Profil AB has increased its activities, and will be registered as a public company as from
as the 1 November 1998. Our
strength and success is based upon being able to select project leaders for installation
as well as development projects.
We now have our own reference
database comprising more than 300 university educated project leaders, who hold
responsible positions within Swedish industries and authorities.
Our main competence is being able
to identify the most competent people who can successfully control a complex project and
in this respect:
- we will undertake the total
administration of the selection process on behalf of our clients,

- we will create a complimentary
career plan for the various project leader candidates, based upon interest, position and
personal requirements,
- we offer training in different
project leader situations, group leader development and problem solving in groups,
- we do not use computerised
psychological tests,
- only proven reliable test
instruments, with their own relevant cultural norms are used in our assessment process,
- we have access to interactive
development programs and use state of the art technology.
Candidates spend a day with us,
working through our test batteries and interviews. These procedures can be conducted
individually or in groups.
Our ethical principle is to offer
individual feedback to the candidate being tested.
The client receives a
summary and personal explanation of the results achieved by the respective candidates
together with our recommendations. |
